In 2020 we have demonstrated our ability to reinvent ourselves by adapting to the situation and getting the best out of us.\u00a0<\/p>\n
We have started the year with the incorporation of a new Chinese injection machine to produce intravaginal devices Synkro Xy. This will allow improvements in the process and in the production efficiency, since it reduces the loss of material and facilitates the reconditioning of the finished goods.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In March, when lockdown started, we strongly became engaged to the situation and through different actions, we tried to prevent from passing Covid-19 on: we have developed our own hand sanitizer, we have implemented the home office modality that reduced the number of people in the laboratory so as to achieve less exposure and we have taken the necessary hygienic measures to ensure that those who continued to carry out their work in the plant were protected. We have also trained our staff about care and the use of personal equipment for disinfection and cleanliness.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Our main aim was caring our staff.\u00a0 We were able to continue working together, fulfilling our responsibilities and reducing the risk of infection.\u00a0 We have achieved this thanks to the previous work that we have been doing and to our equipment, and because we have invested in systems and technology that allow us to manage the business in a different way.<\/p>\n
We have also applied hygienic measures for suppliers and for those people who attend the laboratory in order to ensure their protection.\u00a0<\/p>\n
From the sales area, we have strengthened the link and support towards our clients, to continue being close to them, addressing to their new needs and easing their concerns. Our helpline and virtual service helped and assisted our clients in generating new opportunities from the commercial agreement.<\/p>\n
We have also collaborated with the Municipality of Rosario and San Lorenzo through donations of Steril\u00f3n, used by both organizations to sanitize streets, hospitals and community isolation centers. We even provided the Municipality of Rosario with a container from our plant located in P\u00e9rez to receive 10,000 liters of alcohol intended to the care and prevention of Covid-19.<\/p>\n
Nothing distracted us from our common goal: keeping growing, learning and working together towards what is coming.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Today we celebrate because of our ability to adapt, the effort and commitment that we all assumed.\u00a0 Let\u2019s keep on building this way together.<\/p>\n
